Job Description

The Business Operations Associate is responsible for coordinating daily business activities including sales support, customer handling, accounts assistance, inventory management, and operational coordination. This role ensures smooth functioning across all departments and supports management with timely reporting.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication (Tamil mandatory; English basic preferred).
  • Good customer handling ability.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and billing software.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Inventory monitoring skills.
  • Multi-tasking and disciplined workflow.

Qualifications

  • Any degree (B.Com/BBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years experience in operations/sales/admin preferred.
  • Freshers with good learning ability may also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
