The Role

We are looking for a Business Operations & Growth Manager

leadership position

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage

  MIS reports, dashboards, and business tracking systems.

• Create and implement SOPs

  across departments (sales, creative, operations).
• Identify and eliminate

  financial leakages

  to ensure profitability.
• Manage

  stakeholder and vendor relationships

  with professionalism and consistency.
• Oversee

  compliance, taxation, and financial documentation.

• Support the founder in investor discussions, pitch preparations, and growth strategy.

• Motivate and build cross-functional teams (photography, post-production, operations).

• Ensure timely delivery

  of all projects with luxury quality standards.
• Travel for weddings/events to oversee

  on-ground execution.

• Drive revenue growth

  by identifying new lead sources and optimizing existing channels.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in

  business operations, growth, or strategy.

• Proven track record in managing MIS, compliance, and financial controls.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Purpose-driven mindset: long-term vision and ownership mentality.

• Comfortable with dynamic schedules (6-day weeks, late nights, travel).

• Experience in luxury, events, or hospitality industries is a plus.

• Tenacity to handle pressure and resilience to deliver against ambitious targets.
