Job Description

As an Account Operations Support Associate at NTT DATA, you will be an integral part of the Account Operations Services/team organization that supports Account Leaders in Contract Management, Account Governance, and Business Process Compliance activities. Your role will involve enabling a timely order-to-cash process and effective coordination between Sales, Forecasting, ERP, and Resourcing actions. The primary objective of your group is to support account operations/administrative activities, improve processes/data/compliance/awareness within or across accounts, provide proactive insights, and support actions related to org-wide initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your strong process/business knowledge and experience with Order-to-Cash processes - Track account operations, ensure process compliance activities, and perform repeatable administrative actions with minimal coordination - Apply analytical thinking to provide continuous improvement ideas - Collaborate with resource management, revenue, finance teams to ensure a smooth month, quarter & year-end closing process Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in MS Office suite (MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.) - Ability to effectively use systems for Projects/Time/Resource management and other functions - Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com is an added advantage - Experience in at least one of the process areas Project/Time, Contracts/Invoicing/AR is preferred, Order management, and master data management will be advantageous - Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and secure Sign Offs for new requirements under the supervision of the Technical team/Lead - Preferred background in Operations or Back-office Support Services - Strong communication (verbal and written) & analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business problems and propose solutions In this role, you will need to be a self-managed individual who can effectively organize and manage activities, drive attention to detail, ensure the quality of deliverables, and optimize results. You should be flexible to business requirements, coordinate with internal resources and stakeholders for flawless execution of work, communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional team members and management, monitor deliverables, ensure timely completion of change requests/requirements, and maintain SLAs while resolving issues within SLA.,
