The role ensures data accuracy, process compliance, and timely execution of operational tasks while partnering with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, and Distributors.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Execute, pricing application, and promotions/trade schemes for distributors in CRM/ERP.
- Collect and reconcile sell-in, sell-through, and POS (Point of Sale) data from distributors; ensure timely submission.
- Monitor channel inventory, aging, and stock health; flag slow/non-moving items and potential stockouts.
- Validate and process debit claims, price protection, and stock rotation.
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards (orders, revenue, claims status, inventory, distributor scorecards).
- Ensure adherence to policies on pricing, discounts, credit, collections, and documentation.
- Maintain SOPs, checklists, and SLAs; drive on-time completion of operational tasks.
Strong negotiation and customer interaction skills
Key skills / Experience required :
- Requires minimum 2+ years related experience in Business Operations / Sales Operations
- Masters degree in business management / Analytics, Operations
- Proactive task management and initiative - able to anticipate needs and act without reminders.
- Attention to detail for duplicate validation and accurate registration.
- Working knowledge of CRM/ERP (e.g., SFDC/SAP/Oracle), Excel, Power BI/ Tableau (user level), distributor portals.
- Detail orientation, data hygiene, analytical mind set, process execution, communication with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskills with tools Adv- Excel, Power BI etc.
- Flexible for evening calls (8PM 11PM IST) for HQ reviews and transition calls on regular basis and/or working in shift (2.30pm to 11.30pm) as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
