Business Manager/Business Development Manager

Sii ensures that all employment-related decisions are made solely on the basis of qualifications, competencies, and performance We are committed to equal treatment of all individuals, regardless of any protected characteristics, and promote a diverse and inclusive work environment Your tasks Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients for Siis IT services in India Driving end-to-end business development cycle, from lead generation to deal closure Building strong networks and relationships with decision-makers in target organizations Preparing and delivering impactful proposals, bids, and client presentations Collaborating with Sii Competency Centers and Delivery Teams to design winning solutions Leading activities in partnership with recruiting teams to fulfil client needs Overseeing delivery for acquired clients, ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction Requirements Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services or consulting Bachelors or Masters degree, with preference for Business or IT-related fields Demonstrated ability to acquire and grow new accounts, with measurable sales achievements Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders Full proficiency in English (written and verbal), with the ability to craft and deliver impactful pitches Strong organizational skills, independence, and professionalism in execution with high energy, self-motivation, and resilience in achieving ambitious sales targets Availability to work onsite at our office in Pune, all 5 days per week Job no 251218-8036A Benefits For You Diverse portfolio of clients Wide portfolio of technologies Employment stability Remote work opportunities Contracts with the biggest brands Great Place to Work Europe Many experts you can learn from Open and accessible management team
