Experience Required:

  • 8+ years in Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) with proven exposure to NOC, and RIM environments.
  • Strong track record in IT Infrastructure Services sales.


Role Overview:

The IMS Business Lead will be responsible for driving SHI Solutions’ IT Infrastructure Managed Services business across India.

This includes expanding the client base (greenfield projects), building recurring revenue streams, and leading a cross-regional team to deliver business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and grow the Managed Services business line across PAN India including NOC, and RIM offerings.
  • Identify and onboard new enterprise logos, while also expanding recurring and annuity-based business within existing accounts.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification and proposal creation to deal closure and handover.
  • Collaborate closely with internal delivery, technical, and presales teams to create tailored service solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers to ensure business continuity.
  • Work along with Account Managers and Business Development teams ensuring goal alignment and achievement of business metrics
  • Oversee performance metrics, forecast accuracy, and revenue achievements across regions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on large contract bids, proposals, and statements of work.
  • Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven expertise in selling Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) – NOC, and RIM
  • Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Security transformation initiatives.
  • Strong background in enterprise/large deal management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Exposure to recurring revenue models and managed services contracts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with multi-location teams, set clear performance expectations, and foster collaboration.
  • Strong account planning and strategic relationship management capabilities.
  • Highly adaptable with a problem-solving and results-driven mindset.


Preferred Background:

  • Prior experience with Data Center, Networking Services sales.
  • Experience handling multi-year managed services contracts.
  • A blend of strategic business development and team leadership experience in IT Infrastructure organizations.
