Business Manager-Sales MSME-Jhalawar

You will be responsible for achieving the sales target assigned to you in the Sales-MSME department. This will involve handling a team of Relationship Officers and Relationship Managers, acquiring new clients, and generating business in the MSME sector. Your duties will include individual and team target management, sourcing, servicing, and disbursing business, as well as managing overdue collections. It will be your responsibility to ensure team productivity, provide team motivation and training, and conduct product training for both existing and newly hired team members. Additionally, you will be expected to manage internal and external channels for business expansion, coordinate with other departments such as Credit and Operations for loan processing, and oversee the overdue collections and revenue generation processes. To be successful in this role, you should have relevant experience in sales and collection, particularly in Asset Finance products, LAP, Mortgages, Business Loans, etc., gained from Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions. You must possess knowledge and practical experience in retail sales, along with strong client servicing, financial, analytical, and communication skills.
