Business Manager-Sales MSME-Jhalawar

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving the sales target assigned to you. This includes handling a team of Relationship Officers and Relationship Managers, acquiring new clients, generating business for MSME, and ensuring individual & team targets are met. Additionally, you will be in charge of sourcing, servicing, and disbursing business, managing overdue collections, increasing team productivity, and providing product training to the team.
