Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving the sales target assigned to you. This will involve handling a team of Relationship Officers and Relationship Managers, acquiring new clients, generating business for MSME, and ensuring individual and team targets are met. Additionally, you will be in charge of sourcing, servicing, and disbursing business, managing overdue collections, enhancing team productivity, providing team motivation and training, and overseeing both internal and external channels for business expansion.
