Job Description

1. Business Planning and execution

Execute & Support in annual/quarterly Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key MT accounts.
Track primary vs. secondary sales and identify gaps at account/SKU level.
Track fill rates, OOS (out-of-stock) %, and work with MT partners to reduce supply gaps.

2. Promotions & Trade Schemes

Coordinate execution of trade promotions, discounts, and visibility programs at Store level.
Ensure timely communication of promotions to field team.
Track competition brand activities and report to central team.

3. Process Excellence & Compliance

Standardize ways of working with MT accounts pricing, schemes, visibility.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and account agreements.
Support in automation/digitization of sales processes and reporting.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Key account managers and marketing agencies for activation execution and visibility tracking.
Work closely with key account managers to provide analytical and operational support.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of FMCG Modern Trade operations (sales, schemes, visibility).
Excellent team player
Good understanding of supply chain processes (demand planning, fill rate, OOS tracking).
Strong stakeholder management majorly external (Store teams / Regional buyers)
Detail-oriented with a focus on process discipline and accuracy.
