Job Description

IT Business Manager

This is a client-facing role requiring deep consultative selling skills, market intelligence, and the ability to confidently manage complex sales cycles with CXOs, decision-makers, and enterprise clients.


Key Responsibilities:

🔹 High-Ticket Sales & Business Development
  • Drive revenue by selling

    high-value IT solutions

    to enterprises, SMEs, and premium clients across sectors.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from

    lead generation to deal closure

    , particularly for deals worth ₹10 Lakhs and above.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of

    qualified B2B leads

    in Mumbai and neighboring areas.
  • Prepare and present

    customized solution proposals

    aligned with client objectives and ROI.
🔹 Key Account & Stakeholder Management
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with

    CXOs, Heads of IT, and Decision Makers

    .
  • Manage high-stakes negotiations, multi-stakeholder conversations, and long-term contract closures.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, upsell new service lines, and ensure client retention.
🔹 Strategy & Market Penetration
  • Identify market trends, customer pain points, and industry-specific needs.
  • Participate in

    networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences

    to build visibility and connections.
  • Work closely with marketing, delivery, and tech teams to craft impactful GTM strategies.
🔹 Documentation & Reporting
  • Draft detailed commercial proposals, MoUs, NDAs, and business presentations.
  • Maintain activity logs, opportunity tracking, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of

    B2B sales experience in IT services

    , including

    web/mobile app development, ERP/CRM, and custom software.

  • Proven record of

    closing high-ticket deals (₹10L–₹1Cr+)

    in competitive B2B environments.
  • Strong local network in Mumbai with access to enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to translate complex tech solutions into compelling business value.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
