Job Description

We are looking for a

Business Manager (F/M)

to strengthen the

SII subsidiary in India.

Reporting to the Director of the subsidiary, you will be in charge of managing a customer portfolio and the associated pool of employees.

Your Missions

  • Prospection and Customer account management Your main responsibility will be to grow your existing accounts and develop new ones (both local and western). Managing of customer portfolio entails close relationship with the customers to secure customer satisfaction and actively identify opportunities. Effectively you will perform the existing mission follow up. To do so, you will create strong relationships with both decision makers and operational customers. You role will be to anticipate customer needs, advise them on solutions and role out the right one. Customer satisfaction is key ! In parallel, you will need to prospect for new accounts. Requirement to know how to detect, analyze and develop the business of customers already identified in accordance with our commercial strategy.
  • Key actor in the recruitment of collaborators You will be a champion of the recruitment of technical profiles in collaboration with our Recruitment and HR department. You will carry out sourcing and actively participate in candidate interviews and convincing.
  • Management of SII employees You will ensure the follow-up of employees on customer mission (service monitoring meetings in compliance with the deadlines of the Quality System, awareness and training on information security, annual interviews, etc.). You guarantee the employability of employees (training requests, annual interviews, etc.) and work to retain employees. You will lead and ensure the cohesion of your teams (activities, meals for new members, etc.). Finally, you manage the administration in connection with the start of your employees' activities.

Profile

You have a minimum of 7 years' experience in an IT and / or Engineering Service Company. You have an experience managing and growing at least two strategic accounts.You have an industry knowledge of at least one of the following: Aeronautics, Defense, Banking, Telecom or Industrial Automation.Fluency in English is imperative, an additional European language is a plus.
