We seek a passionate and talented Research Engineer who will focus on developing cutting-edge AI applications while maintaining full-stack development responsibilities. This role combines advanced AI research with practical software engineering, offering an exciting opportunity to work with large language models and build scalable applications from the ground up. Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST.

Your tasks

Building and deploying end-to-end Machine Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision solutions from concept to production
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical development with business goals and product strategy
Managing agile workflows and sprint planning using scrum methodologies for efficient project execution
Analyzing data and performance metrics to guide decision-making and optimize AI product performance
Contributing to applied AI research and driving the delivery of innovative, research-backed solutions
Communicating complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders through documentation, presentations, and strategic discussions

Requirements

Proven experience building and deploying ML, NLP, or Computer Vision systems
Skilled in scrum methodologies and managing end-to-end AI product lifecycles
Ability to work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams
Strong data analysis capabilities to inform product and research decisions
Experience developing AI/ML platforms or SaaS-based AI solutions
Excellent written and verbal skills for explaining complex technical concepts to varied audiences
