Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of Business Loan products through DSA/DST and open market channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursement and revenue.
Manage and develop relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation standards.
Monitor portfolio quality and minimize delinquency.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Business Loan products and processes.
Experience in sourcing SME clients and handling high-ticket loans.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
