Business Intern

🚨 We Are Hiring – Business Development Intern (Unpaid, Incentive-Based) 🚨

We are looking for a proactive, self-driven Business Development Intern to join our team for a minimum 3-month internship.

This is a purely business-oriented role – not related to finance, HR, or operations – focused on client outreach, lead generation, and relationship building.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels

• Pitch our services and clearly communicate our value proposition

• Follow up with leads and help convert them into clients

• Maintain proper records of outreach and leads generated

• Work closely with the founder/team to strategize on business growth

✅ Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal + written) – must be comfortable speaking with clients

• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in initiating conversations

• Highly proactive and able to work independently

• Should be well-organized and consistent in follow-ups

• Preferably based in Mumbai (so we can occasionally meet at a café for brainstorming/work sessions), but remote candidates are welcome

💰 Stipend:

• Unpaid internship

• Performance-based incentives will be provided for every client you successfully bring on board

🕒 Duration:

• Minimum 3 months (extendable based on performance and interest)

📍 Work Mode:

• Remote (with occasional in-person meetups if you are in Mumbai)
