BI - Project Manager cum Business Analyst)

The ideal candidate will independently lead projects, collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders across all project phases.

• Independently lead

  BI projects

  and ongoing tasks
• Collaborate with

  business owners

  to analyze and optimize processes and requirements
• Partner with

  source system teams

  to conduct in-depth information analysis and data profiling
• Design

  innovative data models

  and reporting solutions tailored to business needs
• Work closely with the

  development team

  to ensure seamless integration
• Conduct rigorous

  testing

  to maintain quality standards before release
• Analyze

  incidents

  and provide effective resolutions for operational stability
• Develop and maintain

  comprehensive design and operational documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Excellent communication skills

  in spoken and written English

• Proven BI project management experience

  , having led at least two projects

• 10+ years

  of experience as a

  BI Business Analyst (BA)

• Hands-on experience with

  full implementation cycles

  and ongoing support in 2–3 projects
• Strong expertise in the

  Azure cloud environment

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in

  SQL

• BI data modeling

  proficiency
• Expertise in

  dashboard design

• Experience working with

  Oracle DB

• Skilled in

  BI front-end tools

  Qlik Sense
