About the Role

We are seeking a freelance CTO to conduct technical interviews and assess candidates for Azure Data Engineer, Data Architect, and Power BI Developer roles across several urgent projects.

Responsibilities

• Preparing for the interview, conducting it effectively, and evaluating candidates based on their technical skills and suitability for the role
• Crafting relevant questions
• Assessing problem-solving approaches
• Ask insightful questions
• Documenting constructive feedback

Qualification

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in CS or related field

Required Skills

• Over 20 years of experience in Technical/ Software/ IT Industry

• Minimum 10 years of technological leadership experience (i.e. Software Development Manager, Software Architect, CTO)

• Strong experience in developing modern data warehouse solutions using Azure Stack - Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks

• Expertise in designing and deploying data applications on cloud platforms like Azure or AWS

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python

• Excellent problem-solving skills and English communication skills

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI)
