As a Technical Support Engineer for global Microsoft Power BI customers, your role will involve providing support and services through phone, Teams, and email communications to resolve customer issues. You should have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers worldwide. Additionally, you must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad, work from the office, and be available for night shifts according to Pacific Standard Time 24/7. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 2 years of experience with knowledge of Power BI and SQL, with a bonus if familiar with SSAS and SSIS. - Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, gateways, Power BI administration, etc. - Familiarity with Service Request Process and Ticketing tools such as JIRA, Remedy, and Service Now. - Clear and professional communication with end users, ability to comprehend complex issues, and a knack for technical support. - Conduct Root Cause analysis and resolve customer-reported issues within defined SLAs. - Analyze, interpret, and communicate technical errors and solutions effectively. - Skillful email writing capabilities to provide detailed and well-presented information. - Act as a liaison between end users and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Collaborate with various teams effectively and continuously upgrade your technological skills.
