We are seeking an experienced BI (Business Intelligence) Architect to handle the end-to-end delivery of reports and dashboards for our apparel retail industry clients.

Job Summary

• As a BI (Business Intelligence) Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality reports and dashboards using Power BI to meet the business needs.
• You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Your expertise in Power BI will enable you to create intuitive, interactive, and data-driven visualizations that drive business insights and decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end BI architecture
• Define the overall BI solution structure from data source to dashboard
• Align BI strategy with business goals
• Ensure BI solutions support strategic decision-making and operational reporting
• Define semantic and reporting layer standards
• Establish reusable data models, naming conventions, and governance frameworks
• Ensure data quality and consistency
• Implement standards and controls to validate accuracy and trustworthiness of data
• Oversee dashboard/report development
• Guide developers in designing intuitive, insightful, and performant visualizations
• Manage metadata and documentation
• Ensure clear, consistent documentation of KPIs, datasets, and business logic
• Integrate with data warehouse and modeling layers
• Align BI layer with data models, transformations, and data pipelines
• Promote best practices and training
• Educate teams on BI tool usage, self-service capabilities, and visualization standards
