Vani Kabir Multiverse is a premier spiritual e-commerce and wellness brand. We are seeking an experienced Business Head to take full ownership of our P&L and operations. You will lead a team of nearly 50 professionals and bridge the gap between our high-engagement content on Instagram and our D2C commercial goals, scaling our reach in crystals, healing services, and spiritual wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• P&L & Strategy: Define and execute the business roadmap to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion for the studio.
• Social Commerce Growth: Capitalise on our strong brand presence on Instagram. Develop funnels to convert followers into loyal customers through strategic product launches and content alignment.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain—from procurement of high-quality spiritual inventory to warehousing and last-mile delivery—ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and optimise the performance of the 50-member team across marketing, sales, dispatch, and customer support.
• Product & Category Expansion: Analyse sales data to identify trends in the spiritual wellness market and spearhead the launch of new SKUs and service offerings.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in E-commerce or D2C retail leadership roles.
• Social Media Acumen: Proven ability to monetise social media audiences and drive organic vs. paid growth strategies.
• Leadership: Strong capability in managing mid-sized teams (<50) and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Affinity: A respect for or understanding of the spiritual/wellness ecosystem is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
