We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Head to lead our expansion across Maharashtra and build a strong distributor network in every district.
Location: Pune (Head Office)
Role: Business Head
CTC: Up to 10 Lakh Per Annum
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business expansion across Maharashtra.
Appoint and manage distributors in every district.
develop and execute sales & distribution strategies.
Lead, Motivate, and Monitor regional sales performance.
Strengthen market presence and brand growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:-
Proven experience in lubricants/FMCG/Industrial products sales.
Strong distributor appointment and channel management experience.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Willingness to travel across Maharashtra.
