Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Head to lead and manage the overall business operations of LIVEWIRE centres. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing teams, improving admissions, ensuring operational excellence, and strengthening brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business strategy, revenue planning, and growth for LIVEWIRE centre(s)
• Drive student admissions, collections, and profitability
• Manage and monitor sales, counseling, marketing, and academic teams
• Set monthly and annual targets, track performance, and ensure achievement
• Plan and execute marketing, lead generation, and conversion strategies
• Ensure high student satisfaction, retention, and placement coordination
• Monitor centre operations, discipline, and compliance with company policies
• Analyze MIS, reports, and KPIs; take corrective actions when required
• Build strong relationships with corporates, colleges, and placement partners
• Recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-performing teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as Business Head/Business development executive/sales & Marketing
• Strong knowledge of sales, admissions, counseling, and operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle targets, pressure, and multiple teams
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
• Graduation is mandatory; MBA or relevant qualification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in education / training institute management
• Experience in LIVEWIRE / IT training / Skill development preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
