LCC has successfully completed construction of Dams, barrages, Weir, Hydraulic structures, Metro, industrial, infra, Canals including structures and Pipe Distribution networks, lift irrigation work and water supply projects including electromechanical elements, laying underground pipelines, road works, building works and various other infrastructure development projects.

Job Overview :

The Business Head Co-Working will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the co-working business, including revenue growth, occupancy, sales strategy, operations, partnerships, and team leadership. This role is P&L driven and requires a strong blend of sales leadership, operational excellence, and market expansion mindset.

Role & responsibilities:

1 . Business & Revenue Growth

Manage full P&L, revenue targets, and occupancy levels.

Execute pricing strategies, seat mix, and membership plans.

Drive corporate leasing and identify new expansion opportunities.

2. Sales & Marketing Leadership

Lead sales teams and establish a broker/channel partner ecosystem.

Set and monitor monthly/quarterly performance targets.

Collaborate on lead generation, branding, and digital campaigns.

3. Operations & Member Experience

Oversee daily center operations to ensure high member satisfaction and retention.

Optimize operating costs and implement SOPs for facilities and security.

4. Team Building & Leadership

Hire, train, and mentor center managers and support staff.

Foster a performance-driven culture with clear accountability and KPIs.

5. Partnerships & Alliances

Develop strategic partnerships with startups, incubators, and corporates.

Represent the brand at networking events and real estate forums.

6. Reporting & Strategy

Track key metrics (Occupancy, ARPU, CAC) and provide market insights.

Support long-term strategic planning and asset monetization.
