Business Head

You are looking for a Business Head for the Mohali location. You should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Doors and Windows / Building Material industry. It is preferred that you have knowledge of the Doors & Windows/ Faade Industry, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, good relations with Architects/Builders/Consultants, and an understanding of market trends and competitors" strategies. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, building and maintaining relationships with architects, dealers, PMCs, and high-net-worth individuals, conducting market research and analysis, leading a sales team, creating and delivering presentations and proposals, negotiating and closing sales contracts, coordinating with internal teams for project delivery, attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. You should have an MBA in business administration or a related field, strong leadership skills, and experience in managing a sales team. Willingness to travel as needed is required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The schedule includes day and morning shifts with a yearly bonus. The education requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and you should have at least 1 year of experience in business managing. The work location is in Mohali, Punjab.
