Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head located in Ernakulam. The Business Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing all business operations, developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring organizational goals are met, and driving growth and profitability. Day-to-day tasks include leading teams, managing budgets, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication across departments.

• Proven ability to drive growth and profitability
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Candidate must have 15+ years experience in the finance or investment industry
