Business Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Strategy

• Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas (residential, commercial, or turnkey interiors).
• Lead marketing and branding initiatives to position the company as a leading interior design brand.

2. Sales & Client Acquisition

• Oversee end-to-end sales operations — from lead generation to project closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, architects, builders, and developers.
• Drive customer satisfaction and ensure repeat/referral business.

3. Operations & Project Oversight

• Collaborate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor sales, design, and project teams to achieve performance targets.
• Create a result-oriented culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Foster collaboration between creative and business departments.

5. Financial Management

• Oversee P&L, pricing strategies, and cost control measures.
• Prepare business forecasts, revenue reports, and financial performance reviews.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in business leadership, preferably in interior design, architecture, or construction.
• Strong understanding of design process, materials, and project management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred (not mandatory).
