Business Head Interior Design Division

As a dynamic and strategic Business Head at our interior designing firm in Pune, you will play a crucial role in leading business operations, driving revenue, and ensuring brand growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing short-term and long-term business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. - Identifying and exploring new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas. - Leading marketing and branding initiatives to position the company as a leading interior design brand. You will also be responsible for overseeing end-to-end sales operations, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project delivery, and leading and mentoring teams. Additionally, you will manage financial aspects such as P&L, pricing strategies, and financial performance reviews. Key Qualifications for this role include proven experience in business leadership, a strong understanding of design processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and an MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
