Business Head - eGenius (Education ERP Vertical)

You will be responsible for leading the eGenius vertical at eReleGo Technologies Pvt Ltd, overseeing business growth, client success, team performance, and product innovation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive the strategy, execution, and profitability of the vertical to deliver exceptional outcomes for educational clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and deliver revenue targets, control costs, and ensure sustainable profitability of the eGenius vertical. - Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Analysts, Tech, Implementation & Support. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and referenceability across institutions. - Support sales strategy, key account management, and new market expansion. - Collaborate with Product and Tech teams for continuous improvement and innovation. - Streamline delivery processes, standardize implementation frameworks, and improve CSAT. - Provide regular updates to management, drive OKRs, and lead review meetings. - Ensure adherence to legal, operational, and data protection standards. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years in EdTech / ERP / SaaS with at least 3 years in a leadership or vertical head role. - Proven experience in managing teams and P&L responsibility. - Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and solve problems. - Tech-savvy, process-driven, and results-oriented. - Understanding of institutional sales, digital transformation in education, and ERP workflows is a plus.
