As an ERP Support Analyst at Infor, you will be an integral part of the Global LN Finance Support Team, supporting a diverse customer base across APAC, the Middle East, and parts of Europe. As a Microsoft Business Central Developer, your primary responsibility will be to maintain, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central ERP systems. You will be required to develop new features, modules, and integrations in alignment with the business requirements. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and offer technical solutions will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the ERP systems. You will need to integrate Business Central with third-party tools and applications to streamline business operations efficiently. Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and workflows will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, providing training and technical support to end-users as required will be essential. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field along with at least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central development and administration. Proven expertise in AL programming language and extensions for Business Central is a must. You should have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central architecture and modules, proficiency in C/AL, AL, .NET, and Visual Studio Code, as well as experience with SQL Server, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies. Familiarity with integration frameworks, including APIs, web services, and Azure Functions, is highly desirable. Knowledge of ERP workflows, financial processes, and supply chain operations is also essential. Having a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate certification is preferred, and any other relevant Microsoft certifications will be considered a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required soft skills for this role. Odoo 17+ Functional Expert Sone India is seeking an experienced Odoo 17+ Functional Expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience to drive our Odoo ERP implementations and optimizations. This role is crucial for collaborating with clients to gather requirements, configuring and customizing Odoo modules , and providing comprehensive support and training to ensure successful system adoption and business process enhancement. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Odoo configurations. Customization & Configuration: Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.) based on business requirements. Implementation & Deployment: Oversee and participate in end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, including data migration and integration with third-party applications. Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and offer functional support post-implementation. Documentation: Prepare and maintain functional specifications, workflows, and user manuals.
