With over 100+ successful projects, including warehouses, hospitals, and hotels, we specialize in transforming commercial spaces to enhance functionality and aesthetics. As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and execute business growth strategies for our commercial interior division.

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Head (Commercial Interiors)

Location: Sector 59 , Noida

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

o Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand the company's presence in the commercial interior market, specifically within commercial establishments, warehouses, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial spaces.

o Identify new market opportunities and set clear objectives for business expansion.

2. Market Expansion & Onboarding:

o Drive efforts to onboard new clients, including commercial establishments and large scale projects (warehouses, working spaces , hospitals, hotels, etc.), focusing on the expansion of our commercial interior services.

o Research potential leads from the open market, leveraging web searches, digital platforms, and networking resources to identify and secure new business.

o Engage directly with project stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, and procurement managers, to understand their needs and tailor our services accordingly.

3. Client Engagement & Sales:

o Prospect and identify new business opportunities by establishing relationships with potential clients, educating them on our solutions, and demonstrating the value we bring to commercial interior projects.

o Conduct presentations and service demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and quality of our services in line with client requirements.

o Meet prospective clients and close sales deals, effectively contributing to revenue growth for the organization.

4. Lead Management & Follow-Up:

o Proactively reach out to potential leads identified through various sources and maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture relationships.

o Manage and qualify leads through systematic follow-ups, ensuring a robust and well managed sales pipeline.

o Track, analyze, and report on lead conversion metrics to continuously refine sales strategies.

5. Quality Service & Standards:

o Ensure that every aspect of the service delivery process meets the highest standards of quality.

o Monitor and evaluate the quality of client interactions and service delivery to ensure the organization maintains its reputation for excellence.

o Offer solutions to challenges or issues that arise throughout the sales process, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

6. Industry Expertise & Market Intelligence:

o Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the commercial interior industry, including market shifts, new materials, and design concepts.

o Leverage industry knowledge to offer tailored solutions that align with client needs and expectations, fostering long-term relationships.

o Represent the company as an expert in the field by sharing insights and thought leadership on commercial interior trends and innovations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 5 years in the commercial interior or construction industry.
  • Proven track record in generating business, acquiring large-scale projects, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial interior market, including services for warehouses, hospitals, hotels, and other commercial establishments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and the ability to liaise effectively between clients and internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
