Job Description: Business Head – Coaching ServicesPosition Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Head to lead our Coaching Services division. The individual will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, developing innovative service offerings, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, leadership skills, and industry expertise in the coaching/training sector.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the Coaching Services vertical.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the reach of services.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
  • Set clear business goals, KPIs, and monitor performance against targets.

Service Development & Delivery

  • Design and oversee coaching programs aligned with client needs (leadership, career, life skills, corporate training, etc.).
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery through standardized processes, tools, and frameworks.
  • Continuously innovate and enhance offerings based on market trends and client feedback.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and individual learners.
  • Act as the face of the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strengthen brand visibility and client acquisition.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of coaches, trainers, and business development professionals.
  • Establish performance standards and a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus.
  • Drive capability-building initiatives for internal teams and coaching staff.

Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management of the division.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards in coaching practices.
  • Implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance client experience.
