Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to spearhead candidate sourcing efforts for overseas job placements in Germany. The role involves identifying and enrolling experienced professionals in Nursing, Culinary (Chefs), and Automobile Engineering for a structured placement program that includes German language training, certification, and final job placement in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

• Identify and approach qualified professionals in Nursing, Culinary Arts, and Automobile Engineering sectors.
• Conduct field visits, attend job fairs, and collaborate with training institutes, hospitals, hotels, and technical colleges.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of eligible candidates with relevant experience.

Sales & Promotion

• Promote the Germany Placement Program through presentations, seminars, and one-on-one counseling.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of the program including language training, certification, and guaranteed placement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Documentation & Coordination

• Assist candidates with application forms, document collection, and eligibility verification.
• Coordinate with internal teams for training schedules, certification timelines, and visa processing.

Relationship Management

• Develop partnerships with local institutions and referral networks.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with enrolled candidates to ensure smooth on boarding and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, recruitment, or education marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Familiarity with healthcare, hospitality, or engineering sectors is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• Experience in international recruitment or overseas education consulting.
