Business Growth Manager

This role focuses on acquiring new business, managing strategic relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets between 70 Lacs 2 Crores annually. Candidates with exposure to C-level executives, HR Heads, and Hiring Managers are preferred.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in the Recruitment domain
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing enterprise clients across multiple cities
• Experience interacting with HR Heads, and Hiring Managers (not limited to TA teams)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience with

  field sales

• Experience conducting or participating in online seminars, webinars, or product demos (good to have)
• Self-driven and result-oriented mindset with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal delivery and recruitment teams

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across industries, particularly technology and product-driven organizations
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from deal closure to account management
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, Hiring Managers)
• Drive revenue growth in the range of 70 Lacs to 2 Crores annually through new client acquisition and account expansion
• Collaborate closely with the internal delivery/recruitment team to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
• Conduct client presentations, online demos, and webinars showcasing Continuity 1's value proposition
• Maintain accurate sales activity reports, client communication logs, and forecasts in CRM tools
• Stay updated on recruitment industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence
