   Be the primary financial advisor to leadership, translating strategy into financial projections and vice-versa.

• Economic Mastery:

   Deeply own the cash 

  inflows and outflows

  . Advise leaders on the financial impact of every operational and investment decision.

• Project Evaluation:

   Lead meticulous 

  financial modelling

   for new projects, investments, and expansion initiatives, ensuring optimal capital deployment and clear ROI.

• Growth Forecasting:

   Build dynamic, robust models that support fundraising efforts and long-term strategic planning.

What You Bring to the Table

• 4+ Years

   of hands-on, progressive experience in a Business Finance function.

• Startup Experience:

   A proven track record of successfully navigating the finance function within high-growth companies and collaborating directly with their 

  Founders/ Senior Management

  .

• Modelling Power:

   Expert-level command of 

  Financial Modelling

   and scenario analysis.

• Business Acumen:

   A natural ability to relate financial data to operational realities, understanding unit economics and project costing as well as the ability to articulate clearly and communicate.
