Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Executive at our Balarampur location. The Business Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue through financial solutions tailored to client needs. Additional tasks include managing customer inquiries, ensuring loan recovery, preparing reports, and contributing to business growth by meeting regional targets and adhering to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and client relationship management skills, including account development, negotiation, and customer service expertise.
• Understanding of finance products and services, particularly loans, insurance, deposits, and investment management.
• Ability to analyze market trends, demonstrate strategic thinking, and recommend targeted financial solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Proven problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; previous experience in financial services or sales is an advantage.
• Proficiency in local languages is preferred, along with a strong understanding of rural and semi-urban financial markets.
