Location: Mumbai / Hybrid

Experience: 12–18 years in advertising / digital / integrated agencies

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, new business and profitability targets
• Lead senior client relationships and commercial negotiations
• Drive account expansion and long-term partnerships
• Build leadership bench and mentor Account Directors
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy & Ops to scale Walnut

Requirements

• Proven record of driving agency growth
• Strong client leadership and negotiation skills
• P&L understanding and pricing discipline
• Strategic thinker with execution understanding
• Deep experience in integrated marketing services

Reporting

• Straight line to the MD
• Dotted Line to the CMO

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
