Business Director

Role Overview: You will be working as a Business Director at Accordion, where you will be responsible for owning multiple client relationships and providing analytics-oriented thought partnership. Your role will involve overseeing multiple project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics services and identifying opportunities for deeper client engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business challenges to recommend analyses that can deliver results. - Drive the problem-solving process and provide an independent perspective based on domain knowledge and past experience to add value to the clients' business. - Engage in peer-level discussions with the C-Suite of client companies to serve as a trusted analytics advisor. - Acquire a robust knowledge of functional areas across various industries to offer relevant and actionable insights supported by robust analytics. - Facilitate people development and ensure the fulfillment of the development agenda for all team members. - Take up additional responsibilities beyond regular client projects to support the growth of the company.
