Job Overview:

Teach Maven is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. Our Company offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, client relationship management, and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to help the company expand by generating new business prospects.
  • Pitch and market Teach Maven's services to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Plan and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies.
  • Engage in career counselling for prospective students, understanding their learning objectives and recommending relevant products.
  • Build sales leads through referrals and cold calling, with a focus on meeting monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • A fast-paced work environment with a steep learning curve, and high growth potential.

Job Skills & Qualification:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.

Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru

Job Type: Full Time

Time : 11 AM - 8 PM

Shift: Day Shift (6 Days Working)

Probation Period: 6 Months

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
