Business Development Trainee

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Business Development Trainee in Pune. As a Business Development Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our real estate business and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate phone conversations with clients from leads given by the company.
• Evaluate a client’s needs to help them buy properties and achieve sales.
• Cold call, message customers to arrange site visits.
• Attend customers at the site and provide detailed information about the property and services.
• Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documentation and paperwork.
• Follow up and continuous engagement with the customer till the deal gets close.
• Handle customer queries and complaints within the required time.
• Support sales team to maximize team potential.
• Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties and builders.
• Be aware of real estate rules, regulations and other processes.
• Develop relationships with clients, builders to increase performance.
• Reporting on a Daily/Weekly Basis.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage.
• MS office.
• Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills.
• Energy, Enthusiasm and Confidence.
• Ability to work independently.
• Understanding of the real estate market and competitive environment.

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
