Business Development Trainee

In this role, you will be responsible for learning and implementing various methods to generate leads through email campaigns, cold calling, social media campaigns, job portals, and advertisements. You will also be tasked with acquiring new clients and managing new accounts with guidance from senior team members in the Business Development Team. Additionally, your role will involve collaborating with seniors/managers to propose new strategies for increasing traffic to Aress websites and working closely with BAs and BU Heads to develop effective proposals and presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Learn and employ new lead generation methods such as email campaigns, cold calling, social media campaigns, job portals, and advertisements. - Acquire new clients and manage new accounts with support from senior team members. - Collaborate with seniors/managers to suggest new strategies for increasing website traffic. - Work closely with BAs and BU Heads to create compelling proposals and presentations. Qualifications Required: - Candidate Qualification: MBA in Marketing (fresher). - Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written) in English. - Ability to create a positive first impression and strong follow-up skills. - Must possess qualities such as sincerity, self-motivation, consistency, organization, and discipline. - A positive attitude towards work.
