We are expanding our Project Management & Infrastructure Advisory division, and we are looking for strong BD + Tendering professionals who can drive proposals, client relationships, and techno-commercial engagements across infrastructure, EPC and PMC projects.
🔹 Business Development for Infra/Industrial/PMC/EPC services
🔹 Prepare PQ / EOI / RFP / RFQ submissions
🔹 Tender documentation & proposal coordination
🔹 Client meetings, pipeline building & bid strategy
🔹 Liaison with consultants, PMCs & EPC contractors
🔹 Pre-bid queries, documentation & compliance
🔹 Coordination with estimation, costing & technical teams
✔ Based in Maharashtra or willing to relocate
✔ 6–12 years in BD / Tendering / Proposals
✔ Experience in EPC, Infra, Industrial, Buildings, Metro, Highways, Water, PMC
✔ Strong techno-commercial understanding
✔ Excellent communication & client-facing skills
