New Sales

Ø Sales Strategy Development:

Ø Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.

Ø Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Ø Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotions.

Ø Team Management:

Ø Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales executives.

Ø Set sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitor their performance.

Ø Provide training and guidance to improve the team's sales skills and performance.

Ø Client Relationship Management:

Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Ø Understand clients' requirements and preferences to offer suitable properties.

Ø Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ø Property Management:

Ø Oversee the listing and marketing of available properties.

Ø Reporting and Analysis:

Ø Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. On the based of weekly /Monthly and submitted to your DGM.

Ø Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

Ø Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments.

Ø Budgeting and Cost Control:

Ø Develop and manage the sales department budget.

Ø Control costs and expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Ø Networking and Business Development:

Ø Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.

Ø Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market presence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.10 - ₹18,000.00 per month
