Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with clients. The Business Development Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies, handle customer inquiries, and ensure a high standard of customer service, while actively driving growth and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in using business development and CRM tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
