Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bathinda for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, analysing market trends, and conducting in-depth market research. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Additional responsibilities include developing strategic business plans, proposing growth initiatives, and achieving defined sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and business opportunities effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue potential opportunities
• Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and build long-term relationships
• Proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience (1-4years) in business development is an advantage
