Business Development Specialist

SiGa Systems Pvt Ltd, a leading IT software and web development company, is looking for a Business Development Executive (0-1 year experience) to help expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

Key Skills:

• 0-1 year in IT business development or sales
• Strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT services (web/web app development)
• Proactive and able to build client relationships
• Familiarity with CRM tools for marketing
• Experience with Upwork or other freelance platforms
• Experience with bidding on projects and managing proposals

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and bidding on platforms like Upwork
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Conduct meetings and presentations with clients
• Close deals and ensure smooth project handovers
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly

Preferred:

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Appolo, and many more for lead generation
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration
