Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, conducting market research, and contributing to the development and execution of business strategies. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and support customer service efforts. Additional responsibilities include preparing presentations, tracking market trends, and networking at industry events.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in conducting Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the life sciences industry
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, and address their business needs and inquiries
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and target potential business opportunities
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in team environments and deliver results
  • Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Proficiency in tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
