Role Overview

Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify potential SMB and mid-market clients
• Execute outbound outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email) to generate qualified leads
• Pitch digital marketing and web development services to decision-makers
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track all interactions in CRM
• Collaborate with the marketing team to fine-tune outreach strategies
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead and revenue targets

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
• Familiarity with software development & digital marketing concepts is a plus
• Proficient in using LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM tools
• Willingness to attend face to face meeting with prospective clients
