About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and design engaging content using tools such as 

  Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software

  .
• Shoot and edit 

  high-quality photo and video content

   for social media, marketing campaigns, and product shoots.
• Support in developing and executing 

  brand strategies

   across digital platforms.
• Manage and schedule content for social media channels ensuring consistency in brand voice and aesthetics.
• Plan, manage, and run 

  paid ad campaigns

   across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Assist in analyzing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the team during client meetings and contribute fresh, creative ideas.
• Travel to client sites/events for content shoots and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome with 

  relevant knowledge, certifications, and a willingness to work and learn

  .
• Basic to intermediate hands-on experience with 

  Canva, Photoshop, video editing, and other creative tools

  .
• Strong creative eye for photography, videography, and storytelling.
• Understanding of 

  digital marketing fundamentals

  , including social media, branding, campaigns, and paid advertising.
• Willingness to work from a 

  home-run office environment

   as we are currently rebuilding ourselves.
• Flexibility to work in a 

  hybrid model

   and openness to travel as required.
• A proactive attitude – not someone who only works by the clock, but someone always ready to add that extra value.
