Key Responsibilities

• Handle and close

  all assigned leads

  with a strong focus on conversions
• Actively pitch Bhawani Fitness programs related to

  fitness, women’s health, yoga, and body wellness

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right fitness solutions
• Maintain high follow-up discipline and ensure no lead is missed
• Be available and active during

  peak working hours

• Handle

  emotionally driven customers

  with empathy and professionalism
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of

  fitness, women’s health, yoga, and the human body

• Proven experience in

  sales and hardcore closing

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Highly

  punctual and disciplined

  with time
• Confident speaker with high energy and positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Must be comfortable handling objections and emotional customers
