Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including conducting market research, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and handling analytical tasks. The role involves working closely with team members to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and increase the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Excellent Analytical and Market Research skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Lead Generation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
